Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. chicken, pork or shrimp (1 or combination)
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded carrots
2 c. sliced cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
2 boxes lumpia wrappers
Preparation

Grind all meat.
Chop chestnuts and mushrooms.
Mix meat, chestnuts, mushrooms, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Fry cabbage, carrots and green onions for about 3 minutes.
Remove and mix with meat mixture.
Place a tablespoon of meat mixture on each lumpia wrapper and roll.
Deep fry on medium heat, turning constantly, until golden brown.
Drain on rack.
Serve.
