Skillet Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion
1/2 c. or more water
2 to 4 slices cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes thin.
Put into hot grease in skillet.
Add onion.
Cook until brown and tender; drain grease.
Add cream of mushroom soup.
Add the water.
Stir.
Pat slices of cheese on top of mixture.
Put lid on skillet and simmer until cheese is melted. Stir the mixture again and simmer until done.
