Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour or cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and flour together; add water.
Cook until clear in color.
Add lemon juice, grated rind and butter.
Add beaten egg yolks and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue and bake 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
This is for a 9-inch pie.
