Charleston Shrimp Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. mace mayonnaise
    whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Grind shrimp in food processor.
    Mix in all other ingredients and fold in enough mayonnaise to make a paste.
    Spread on whole wheat bread and cut diagonally into 4 triangles.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups of spread.
