Oven Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 medium green tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish and set aside.
    Slice green tomatoes in 1/2-inch slices.
    Dip tomato slices in water; dredge in cornmeal mixture.
    Coat baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
    Coat each slice with spray and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes or until golden.
