Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beef soup bones with meat
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 to 3 bunches celery leaves, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) bag lentils, rinsed and picked through
    salt and pepper
    4 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
Preparation
    In a 4 to 6-quart soup pot, boil bones until all the foam can be skimmed from top.
    Add vegetables and lentils.
    Cook until lentils are soft and soup is thick.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Remove meat from bones and put into soup.
    Serve as is or cut sausage up and put in.
