Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef, onion and pepper in fat.
    Wash rice. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
