Sicilian Style Hot Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. whole fennel seed
1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with hands to distribute spices evenly.
Shape mixture into 8 patties. Refrigerate, covered, up to several hours.
To cook patties, lightly oil bottom of skillet.
Add just enough water to cover bottom.
Add patties to skillet, making sure they do not touch. Cook uncovered over medium heat, turning once, until browned and cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.
