Cottage Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
Durkee onions
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle dried onion rings on top of the potatoes and cover.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour for a flat pan.
