Beef Shau Mai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. wine
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped coriander
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    24 cabbage, lettuce or similar leaves
Preparation
    Filling:
    Mix ground beef and rest of the ingredients thoroughly until the meat is sticky, then marinate it for 10 minutes. Squeeze 1 portion of the filling into a ball.
    Dip a spoon in water, then use the spoon to remove the meatball. Place the meatball on a leaf. Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
