Country Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
    Cheddar cheese for topping
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, 4 ounces tomato sauce, salt and pepper (sage, if desired).
    Spread on bottom and sides of casserole dish.
    Mix cooked rice, salt and tomato sauce (use as filling).
    Top with sliced Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown around edges.
