Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
2 (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut
2 (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) tomato juice
2 (4 oz.) green chili peppers
2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste (easy)
2 c. water
4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onions; drain most of the grease.
Add all of the ingredients except spices.
Combine spices in a large dry jar.
Shake well and then add to mixture slowly.
Cook 1/2 hour and serve.
