Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Peel and put through a sieve or mash well.
    Add unbeaten eggs and milk, beat well.
    Add melted butter.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven (350\u00b0).
    Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
