Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, unpared
    salt
    seasoned pepper
    instant minced onion
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thin.
    Place in shallow 10 x 15-inch pan which has been lined with foil and generously buttered.
    Sprinkle with salt, seasoned pepper and minced onion.
    Dot with margarine. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 5.
