Orange Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 oz. chicken breast halves, skinned
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/8 tsp. red pepper, ground (optional)
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    dash of garlic powder or to taste
Preparation
    Blend and combine all ingredients except chicken into a glaze. Baste continually with glaze while grilling chicken, or bake on rack in pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Garnish with orange curls, if desired.
