Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    vanilla cookies
    fruit pie filling (you can use any one you like)
Preparation
    Beat until creamy the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
    Put cookies in bottom of small paper cups in cupcake pan (paper work great).
    Top with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture, then top with 1 teaspoon fruit pie filling.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
