Steak Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak or roast
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    6 long sub buns
    shredded lettuce
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cook meat until very tender, reserving liquid.
    Cool meat and shred.
    Add meat juice, onion and gravy mix to meat.
    Cook until gravy thickens.
    Line bun with meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Enjoy!!
