Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. white pepper
17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
4 oz. jar pimento, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard, pepper and vinegar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cook two minutes and remove from heat.
Stir in corn, green pepper, pimento and onion.
Pour into a pint jar, cover tightly and refrigerate for several days before serving.
Makes 1 pint.
