Italiano Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic (2 tsp.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. pasta
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes (undrained)
    2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 to 2 c. pepperoni
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat oil and saute onion and garlic until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in tomatoes with liquid and spices.
    Simmer until the tomatoes break up, about 15 to 20 minutes.
