Cabbage Wedges With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) cabbage
    salt
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in 8 wedges.
    Cook in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine mayonnaise and milk in a small pan; stir until smooth.
    Add vinegar, sugar and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Cook over low heat; stir until hot.
    Pour over cabbage; sprinkle with paprika.
