Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls (10 roll size)
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. finely chopped broccoli
    1 c. finely chopped cauliflower
    1 c. shredded carrots
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    shredded Mozzarella cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    Arrange crescent dough triangles in a 12-inch pizza pan with points toward middle of pan.
    Spread triangles out to form a crust.
    Beat egg and brush
    over dough.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 13 minutes.
    Cool.
    Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix and spread over cooled crust.
    Top with remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
