Orange Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand orange flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
ice cubes
2 Sunkist oranges, peeled and sectioned (1 c.)

Preparation

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cinnamon. Combine water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 1 2/3 cups gelatin.
Fold in orange sections.
Spoon into serving bowl and chill until set, but not firm.
