Roast Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken
1 1/2 lb. pearl onions
1 1/2 lb. small potatoes
1/2 lb. cut carrots
6 slices bacon, diced
seasonings to taste
Preparation

Brown bacon until crisp in a large frying pan. Remove bacon and pour off fat.
In bacon drippings, saute potatoes, onions and carrots until lightly browned.
In a large casserole, place chicken. Add browned vegetables and crumbled bacon.
Cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove the cover and let chicken brown, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
