Guiltless French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stale bread (preferably whole grain or challah)
    mashed ripe banana
    soy or regular milk (about 1 c.)
    dash of cinnamon and salt
    margarine or spray-on-oil
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, mash ripe banana to creamy consistency. Add cinnamon and salt and mix well.
    Slowly add milk and beat with fork until banana is completely liquified.
