Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 10 chicken wings, cut in half
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. rice flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg
Preparation

Grate onion, ginger and garlic to suit your taste.
Soak wings in mixture for 20 minutes or more and deep fry in vegetable oil at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
