Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. green pepper
    2 (2 1/8 oz.) pkg. noodle soup mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add green pepper, onion and 1 cup celery; saute.
    Combine soup mix and boiling water in large saucepan.
    Stir in rice and cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add sausage and salt.
    Stir well.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining celery on top.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
