Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box angel food cake, baked, cooled and cut in half
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can Lucky cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip. Spread on cake half. Put on top and the rest of the cake. Put cherries on top of and some in the middle of the cake. The cake cuts best with electric knife.
