1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
2 large lemons
4 eggs, beaten well
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk.
Bake until light brown, about 5 minutes.
