Layered Southwestern Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16-oz.) pkg. romaine lettuce, shredded
    5 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend
    1 (15-oz.) can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
    1 (6-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
    Layer lettuce and next 7 ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl. Serve immediately with vinaigrette dressing.
    Makes 8-10 servings.
