Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (Grey Poupon)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place ribs in a shallow pan; cook at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Prepare sauce as follows:
chop the onion.
Cook in lite oil until clear (I use olive oil).
Combine with onion the vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water, celery and salt.
Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until ingredients are well mixed. Baste all of sauces over ribs and reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
Keep basting several times for 1 hour.
