Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 c. minced onions
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly; make into small balls.
Bake until done.
Put in colander to drain off excess oil.
Simmer in sauce.
