Cherry Cheesecake Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon and orange rind, grated
5 egg whites
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sugar and mix well.
Add egg yolks and beat until smooth and light.
Add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, lemon and orange rind and blend thoroughly.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold into cream cheese mixture. Turn into spring-form pan.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Turn off heat and leave cake in oven 1 hour more.
Cool and remove from pan.
