Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. milk, scalded
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt margarine and add milk. Beat eggs and add sugar, flour and baking powder gradually. Then add vanilla and margarine/milk. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 12 pan. Use Caramel Icing.
