Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1 pt. fruit (your favorite), blended well
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 large can Carnation evaporated milk, chilled
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, beat sugar and eggs well with fork.
Beat in Carnation milk, whipping cream and salt; add vanilla.
After blending fruit, add this.
Pour into electric ice cream mixer and fill 2/3 full with the quart of milk.
This takes about 40 to 45 minutes to freeze.
