Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. boiled, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place into souffle dish.
