Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil.
    Stir constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Add chocolate; stir until melted.
    Beat over heat until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in butter, vanilla and salt.
    Beat with a whip until smooth.
    Very good.
