Baked Stuffed Potatoes(Makes 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium baking potatoes, baked
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. bacon, sliced and cooked
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
Preparation
    After baking potatoes and cooking bacon, cut off top of each potato.
    Take a spoon and scoop out insides of potatoes.
    Mash insides of potatoes and combine with bacon, cheese, chives, butter and season with salt and pepper.
    Stuff potato shells with mixture. Place on baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
