Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour oil in pan (5-inch pan) and place in oven.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add egg and milk, then stir.
If consistency is still thick, add more milk.
Pour oil from pan into cornbread mixture and stir.
Pour mixture into pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4.
