Chicken Tetrazzini(10 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. fat
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli or thin spaghetti
    1 qt. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Make sauce of fat, flour, milk and stock.
    Cook vermicelli or spaghetti in salted water; drain and rinse well.
    Mix in 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Adjust consistency with additional chicken stock.
    Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Place in greased individual casseroles.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven.
