Cholesterol Bomb Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or pork or sausage
    1/2 gallon milk
    1 cup flour--wheat or bleached
    2 Tbsp. sugar--white or brown
    spices--pepper, garlic, cumin, none, some or all/season to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat to a point that \"some is crispy\"--don't drain grease.
    In a separate container blend flour, sugar, spices and milk until uniform.
    With low heat on add milk.
    Blend and stir thoroughly.
    Increase heat and bring to a boil stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Add extra milk to consistency you want. Pour over breads - tators - biscuits.
