Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
6 pork loin chops
1 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of the potatoes and onion.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes; cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, brown pork chops, place on top of potatoes, cover and return to oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
Uncover last 15 minutes of baking.
