Low Country Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Old Bay crab boil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 lemon, sliced
    1 medium Vidalia onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    2 doz. small red potatoes
    8 ears corn, sliced in thirds
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef sausage, sliced in 2-inch pieces
    3 lb. medium shrimp
Preparation
    Bring an extra large pot or propane cooker pot of water to boil.
    Add spices, hot sauce, lemon, onion and red potatoes. After ten minutes, add the corn.
    After ten more minutes, add the beef sausage.
    After five more minutes, add the shrimp and boil for an additional five minutes.
    Strain and serve.
    Serves approximately 8.
