Beef Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. roast
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Place onion soup mix on top of heavy-duty aluminum foil. (Piece big enough to cover roast well and fold at the ends to prevent juice from escaping.)
Place roast on top of onion soup and cream of mushroom soup on top of roast.
Place in oven in baking pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Unfold foil and both soups will have combined with juice from roast to make a nice mushroom gravy.
