South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can RoTel Diced Tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 1/2 c. of cooked rice
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 med. onion (chopped)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Cook your rice. After this is done mix with other ingredients in the crock pot. Cook until hot.
