Swedish Rice Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 jars mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry
    beef,
    onion,
    green
    pepper
    and celery.\tAdd soy sauce, mushrooms,
    chicken
    and mushroom soups.
    Prepare rice with water and
    let
    set
    5
    minutes.
    Mix with beef mixture. Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes with lid on and then 15 minutes with lid off.
