Food For The Gods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. seedless, chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. crumbled soda crackers
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar, dates, pecans, cracker crumbs and egg; stir until blended.
    Spread very thin on a very lightly buttered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 until slightly browned and crisp.
    Check frequently; needs to be done only enough to crumble.
