Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
5 large apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam, then lightly flour.
In mixing bowl, thoroughly cream first 3 ingredients.
Stir in next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Core and chop apples into small pieces; leave skins on.
Fold apples and nuts into mixture.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
