Peanut Brownie Pie A La Mode - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Melt chocolate and cool. Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually fold egg whites and peanuts into chocolate batter.
Spread batter into buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool.
Cut into wedges and top with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
