Chicken In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients

whole chicken
1 orange
1 lemon

Preparation

Wash and pat dry whole chicken.
Season to desired taste. Stuff with 1 orange and 1 lemon.
Put in paper bag.
(Bag should have no lettering.)
Cook for 1 hour at 450\u00b0.
Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Do not open oven.
