Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed squash
    7 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    7 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend sugar, margarine, flour, milk, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in a double boiler.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
    Line baking dish with bread crumbs.
    Pour squash mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle a few bread crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
